The install completes but the product dows not appear , I have re tried to install several times with the same result , the previous program is still in place and the new version is not installed

I tried using both Windows Live and Skype for making video+voice PC to PC calls. I think Windows Live provide much bettern video and voice compared to Skype. Video calls within the US and Canada had been reliable and good quality.

Tip: Minimize ads and network use while making video+voice call in order to get good bandwidth for the call.
