Blaze MediaConvert ReviewProgram Fails After Registration - Version: 3.3, 12/28/2006 01:27PM PST

After paying for the registration for this product, it failed. I was unable to convert any files after registration. AND technical support is minimal: only via email, and they don't spend the time to understand your situation, but rather whip off default answers in hopes that you'll give up and move on. Afterwards I found out that there are cheaper and better programs out there. I wasn't able to get the program to work after registration, and they refused to refund me.

Blaze MediaConvert ReviewThe One You Want - Version: 3.4, 6/7/2006 01:24AM PST

not thrilled with the interface, but it gets the job done. I searched through about a dozen apps that would turn the massive files my digital camera makes into a jpeg that i can email easily, and this is the one i use now. simple and effective.
