This product does not work. Period.
Not even the best customer support in the world could make this product worth your while.
Smith Micro does not have the best customer service in the world.Check with your mobile service, and your phone's manufacturer, they are sure to have something more reliable, affordable, and easy to use than this.

Bought product off web site. Software didn't work from the time I installed. I immediately e-mailed support and never got a response. I e-mailed support two weeks later and got a response requesting more information. I sent further information and the e-mail bounced. Sent several other
e-mails those bounced. Could not find a phone number listed for support in software documentation. If you must purchase, purchase from an authorized dealer with a money back policy. I feel as if I got scammed. Would not recommend doing business with this company for this or other products.
