Bug fixes

Fix minor cosmetic problems and clipped date display in gift reports made from Print List menu command.
Fix Pledge button in Donor Input Windows is hidden.
Detect when Short date format is set to MM/DD/YYYY in operating system, and override that when printing gift reports from the Print List menu command, to avoid clipping of dates in the reports.
Fix the way dates are adjusted in demo mode, to avoid errors from invalid credit card expiration dates.
