What's new in this version:

DWG functionality updated to support AutoCAD 2004.
On rare occasions some objects changed color between saving, this issue has been fixed.
Copy and paste between PCDraft and other applications has been improved.
Crash bug that sometimes occurred when copying objects between layers has been fixed.
