Active MPEG Video Splitter is a small but effective Video Splitting tools. With Active MPEG Video Splitter you can split a video into several smaller files and even into other video formats. You can preview and play your video files directly in the program using the preview window. This allows you to select the exact frames for the segments. This video splitter includes two splitting mode: Manual Mode and Auto Mode - If you prefer to split the video automatically, you could split the selected range averagely by specify the number of output parts. Active MPEG Video Splitter already includes all video encoders and decoders , you don't need download any other codecs to make it work.
