Product Description:

SQL Compare can compare, show the differences of, and optionally synchronize two database schemas so that they are exactly the same. Individual objects can also be synchronized, with or without dependent objects. Synchronization is done in dependency order to ensure success.

What's new in this version:

Extended support for reading encrypted stored procedures and similar objects to SQL Server 2005 and 2008. (Usual dbo user permissions are required for reading decrypted content)
Improved schema mappings, making it easier to compare objects between different schemas
