Process Controller - 1.2

Process Controller is a very unique application. The way it operates is simple but incredibly effective. It's tiny core sits in the background monitoring the current processor utilization. When this crosses a threshold (80% by default) it enters 'Active Mode' and starts analysing the running processes on the host machine, identifying those that may make the host system become unresponsive by taking up all the available processor time. Problem processes then have thier process priority lowered whilch allows the system to go on working normally even through it may be showing 100% processor utilization. The largest gains from Process Controller can be found in Terminal Services / Citrix enviroments where its installation on the servers in the server farm can transform the whole enviroment overnight.
