Product Description:

WebMerge generates static HTML pages from your exported database or spreadsheet. Works with output from nearly any database or spreadsheet, including Microsoft Access, FileMaker Pro, and Excel. Use your favorite HTML editor to design custom templates for your index and details pages. Generated pages can be uploaded to any server with no need for dedicated database hosting. WebMerge also provides options to completely automating its workflow.

Version 2.5 has the options for creating and naming Index pages have been completely revised to allow greater flexibility and control and a new len function has been added to the WM-If tag to allow comparisons on the length of data in a given field.

The Oracle

Bought this software and found it to be everything as promised. By utilising a few templates, a database and a small amount of html knowledge, I have compiled thousands of index linked webpages in a short space of time.
