DK:Keyboard - Status shows a popup balloon displaying the Caps Lock, Insert and Num Lock key's status of the keyboard.

Functionality:

Does not effect the keyboard in any way, it only displays the current status of it.
Resides in memory waiting for the one of the keys to be pressed in order to display it's status of either.
