I have found that Kaspersky dose not auto the definition at all..
I am really pissed about this and I have tried from thier own web site and it will not do it at all.

I know it is not my computer or firewall.

I think the company need to look at this urgently as I had the same problem with AVG not updating.

Cheers

Horrible tech support and no phone support as advertizied on the package. Kaspersky needs to be lowered to the bottom of the juck list. I feel they stole my money on this garbage.

I have been using Kespersky Internet Security 2009 and have found it to be "weak" for computer protection. Today for instance, after I woke my computer from sleep and discovered that Kespersky was disabled. I tried to enable it and it when into a self repair mode prompting to to replace newer files. After reboot it notified that it was out of date and needed another update and reboot. I'm looking for a better security program that offers real technicial support. I think Kespersky is K-put.
