Neevia PDFstamp is a software application that allows you to stamp / watermark PDF files using text (full UNICODE support), images (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, BMP) or a stationery PDF. It comes as a command line tool, a graphic interface application, COM object and .NET assembly.
