Small Biz Manager is geared towards users who runs their own home business, and want a simple solution to produce invoices and log expenses.

This small, yet powerfull application have a full blown reporting tool build in whoch gives the end user the power to customize the Invoices to their business needs.

Most business applications out there are geared towards someone who fully understand accounting. They are generally *****bersome to use, and you need a reporting add on like Crystal to amend the invoice templates.

Simple Biz Manager takes all that away from the business owner. All you do is capture your company information, your customer info and your rate per day. And that is it! When an invoice is due to your agent or customer, just create the invoice, and add the lines from the preset services defined. The price automatically gets added, and VAT gets added to the invoice parameters.

This will give the consultant all the information they need to calculate their tax liability at the end of the financial year. All expenses can be logged on the system, and by using the build in reporting, reports can be generated around VAT and costs incurred. These can be saved as PDFs or even emailed on preview.
