Product Description:

TorChat is a peer-to-peer instant messenger with a completely decentralized design, built on top of Tor's location hidden services, giving you extremely strong anonymity. It is very easy to use, and doesn't need to be installed or configured on Windows systems, it is designed to run directly from an USB-drive.

implemented drag 'n' drop file transfer
"edit contact" in chat window context menu
"send file" in chat window context menu
"quit" in main popup menu
meaningful titles for file open and save dialogs
removed the "bitmap not found" errors
the program now runs on Windows 98 SE
added polish translation
