Product Description:

VMS allows a Volunteer Manager to manage the volunteer requirements of an unlimited number of agencies all drawing from the same pool of volunteers.

Volunteer Management System (VMS) auto-matches volunteers to positions according to skill and availability with scheduling accomplished with a mouse click. Scheduling changes are auto tracked so the volunteer manager can re-email schedules (from withing VMS) to affected volunteers and position supervisors. VMS handles groups of volunteers as easily as it handles individual volunteers. Volunteers can be setup as spares and spares can be used as replacements for volunteers who are ill. Substitutions are done with the click of a button. Stats are auto-generated from the schedules. Stats can also be entered manually. VMS includes online context sensitive help. Version V2000B0060 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Bug Fixes

Reports run from the form "Positions by Skill" have been corrected.
When pasting an email address into the email address field on the Phone/Address tab of Volunteer Profiles and the address does not validate and the Registration Form opens.

Enhancements
A volunteer can be setup as a user and when logged into VMS will be able to enter the hours he/she has worked.
