upCast is a Java application that converts RTF documents to XML and XHTML 1.0 including Cascading Style Sheets Level 1 (CSS-1) without requiring any prior configuration.

processes RTF 1.6 compliant files, including most Word 95, Word 97 and Word 2000 files
