Product Description:

Freeware traffic shaping and bandwidth management for Windows 2000, XP and 2003 Server.

Features include unbreakable speed limiting, TCP ack prioritization, traffic monitoring and port filtering.

What's new in this version:

Fixed server lockup when maximum number of statistics were reached (1000).
Changed traffic window so that inter-LAN connections are displayed. In previous versions they were only shown when there was a rule that covered the traffic stream.
Removed address range 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255 from the list of private address ranges. The private address ranges are used by the product when detecting LAN-facing and Internet-facing adapters after installation. Even though the 10.x.x.x range is technically a private IP address space, it is used by many cable companies to provide public IP addresses to users. The fix prevents WAN adapter from being falsely detected as LAN.
Fixed local and remote port columns not being displayed in the traffic window.
