Product Description:

Deriving genetic sequence (number band) groups and group sequences from mRNA scan CEL V3 files is performed via a set of C/C++ routines delivered in source code that may easily get (re)compiled. Building group charts requires spreadsheet software. This is an easy and fast method for reviewing and referencing genetic sequences and deriving complex genetic compositions.
