Product Description:
HelpDesk OSP connects Outlook to SharePoint/Office Live. HelpDesk OSP can be used for many kinds of issue tracking and user support. The software is safe for the future, since it builds on SharePoint, an environment that Microsoft is favoring strongly. HelpDesk OSP supports SSL and NTLM and works with MOSS and WSS. The SharePoint environment gives nearly unlimited possibilities for customization. Global Setting. E-mail Threading. Direct e-mails from different e-mail folders to different SharePoint lists.
Version 2.0 features E-mail Threading, so now info from all e-mails concerning the same case can be added to the same ticket.
