Change Time Zone - 2.3

SYNERGIX Time Zone 2008 allows a typical worldwide traveling user with non-admin privileges on a Windows XP machine to change the time zone without being granted the right to change the system clock. Additionally, Time Zone displays the calendar control and an elegant world map with selected cities and their respective time zones. The current time zone will clearly display in red and others in white. The underlying world map and the default list of cities displayed on the map can be updated by modifying underlying JavaScript file. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
