Additionally, you have the ability to take control of a remote computer by controlling the mouse and keyboard; this is especially useful when you need to assist the person who uses the remote computer. If you are an administrator, you can easily administer remote computers. Communication uses encryption. Application works through Internet. Agent can be remotely installed. Several tools allow you to turn off, restart, and hibernate remote computers with one click. Starting program, opening Web page or document on all remote computers is easy. You have also full control over running processes on remote computers.
