Product Description:

Batch-convert CD, WAV, MP3, WMA, OGG, MP2, AIFF, AU, VOX, RAW, PCM, GSM, ADPCM, A-LAW, U-LAW, G72X, DSP, MPC, or MP files through configurable command-line support and settings for complete output control. Its options include bit rate, frequency, channels, logging, and FreeDB. You can convert an entire folder (recursive subfolder support), wildcards, and comma-delimited filenames, or any combination.

Version 3.1 features additional supported format variations, additional command-line support options/enhancements, and various internal improvements.
