Product Description:

Foxit Reader is a free PDF document viewer, with incredible small size, breezing-fast launch speed and rich feature set. Its core function is compatible with PDF Standard 1.7. In the past, you've had to download a huge PDF reader from another software company, go through a lengthy installation process and wait for an annoying splash window to disappear just to open a PDF document.

What's new in this version:

The latest release fixed the issue in Foxit Reader 3.1.2.1013, where the text in PDF documents could not be printed with specific printers.

Operating System Requirements:

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Windows Vista
  • Windows XP
  • Windows 2003
  • Windows 2000

Foxit Reader ReviewCrash City... - Version: 3.0 build 1506, 3/19/2009 11:39AM PST

This gawdawful POS has memory problems with bigger files. Small ones seem to work OK, but the bigger ones (bigger than say, 1MB) cause it to freeze, then crash. It does this standalone or as browser plug-in. It will crash EVERY TIME, meaning it is repeatable. This is a useless substitute for Adobe Reader, which is a shame because the Adobe product is such a resource hog.
