HTML e-mails can be designed in Outlook Express (then simply drag and drop), or with an editor such as Front Page, with the built in editor, or even from a Web page - giving you total flexibility to use the environment where you feel most comfortable. Recipient/Custom text can be read from a Text file, Excel, Access, SQL Server or almost any popular database. The built-in mail server gives feedback as to whether or not the mail could be delivered, allowing you to prune your mailing list.
