Validate your user input for correct values, like correct e-mail, length, number range, credit card number, and missing value. Send confirmation e-mail, with file attach and field values. The script is created and customized for your HTML form, which means is very secure against spammers, but includes the ability for HTTP referrer and IP address filter.
