Another IE Popup Killer - 2.0

Another IE Popup Killer blocks pop-up windows (windows that don't have a menu bar) in IE and makes a beep when removing one. Pop-ups will not be blocked if the Ctrl key is pressed. It's not a super-pop-up killer that works in either low-level Hook or Hostfile mode; it works in Windows-level mode, so it's very stable as well as useful for many users who don't need an ultimate pop-up remover. Version 2.0 includes optimized arithmetic logic and autostart with IE or with Windows options.
