Nutrition includes the following sections: Nutritional / Orthomolecular therapy, Food Counts, BMI (body mass index) calculator, Glycemic index, Fats and Oils, Foods, Supplements, Vitamins, Minerals, Carbohydrates, Enzymes, Acid-Base Balace, Amino-acids and Antioxidants. The interactive calculators are fully functional. Other functions, like the nutritional therapy section, require registration. Nutrition is of educational value and allows you to gain more control over body weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The Food Selector function can be used to balance nutrients by combining natural foods (vegetables, fruit, berries, nuts). Create your own multi-vitamin/mineral/amino-acid food-pill.
