Automated alerts provide instant problem notification, and automated capture of traceroute reports enables analysis of availability problems regardless of when a service disruption occurred.

Version 5.2c includes the ability to add or delete multiple hosts, improved SMTP mail support, improved alarms, improved ARP network monitoring through support of two pings per device.
