I have updated software, as suggested, but it remains as "out-of-date" even after re-scanning. I'm frustrated. Any suggestions?

this verson on my cpu don't like one another.when adobe acts up like mine did.it try's to open any sys and then say's it is not their or it cannot open it.i myself don'tlike this verson...
