I have been using MegaLauncher since version 4.0 Every major update has been free and added more features. I love the way it caches files on cards, etc. to make loading them much faster when they are inserted. The free themes, sound packs and custom icons make customizing it easy. Now I am using a winter theme on my T5.
The advanced commander mode makes finding, moving, copying files a breeze. Great for removing orphan files or moving something to a new location.
The normal mode is still more powerful than the Palm interface. Beaming, deleting, running etc are all easy from within 1 screen. You can drag files to the trash for example (and delete them or hold them in the trash in case you change your mind) or you can click and hold on the file and select delete from the pop up menu.
New features include FTP transfers, upload and downloading files from a network, finding all text or graphic files so ou can view them, and many features I have not even tried yet.
