Every other time that I access the Oxford dictionary the PalmOS crashes and I get the following error message
Fatal Alert: Fatal Exception
At that point the system reboots.
This happens every other time that I access the Oxford Dictionary.
On Handmark's web site they gave me the following on their support page for this problem:

It sounds like you likely have a third party launcher application. We've had some users report this error when launching the application from ZLauncher. The developers of ZLauncher have informed us that the latest version of ZLauncher has resolved the compatibility problem with Oxford American Desk Dictionary and Thesaurus. Details about the new version can be found at www.zztechs.com

I went to this web site and downloaded ZLauncher 5.2 (ZLauncher.prc 201KB packed, 410KB 8/24/2004 8:01 PM) to my desktop and then over to the Zire 72.
I'm still getting this error message.
Good luck getting any support from Handmark!
