This is a Desk Accessory and requires a DA-Launcher and HackMaster.HackMaster compatibles like X-Master (tested and recommended) from www.linkesoft.de are ok.The best DA-Launcher is probably DA Launcher from Hacker Dude-san available at simple-palm.com.The DA is freeware. It will be useful mainly to developers that write for the Palm OS. It lists the "old" types that still prevail heftily in current source code together with their modern translations.
