HandyPalm FitnessTM helps you attain your fitness goals by tracking food intake and exercise activities against targets you set for yourself. Through a user-friendly interface you can input your daily diet and exercise information and track your progress toward your goals daily, weekly or monthly.

A fun and handy method to get fit and stay fit Features:

Daily View - This is the main screen of the product. It logs and displays your food intake and exercise activities. You can toggle between food intake and exercise by selecting the appropriate buttons. A summary of food intake and exercise can be viewed by selecting the Summary Button.

Weekly View - Weekly summary provides the same content of the daily view for each day of the week.

Monthly View - For each day of the month, in each cell (which represents a day), two horizontal bars are displayed. The top bar shows your overall food intake status for the day, and the lower bar shows your overall exercise status for the day.

Summary - Displays an itemized daily view with narrative text list.

Goal Info - Free form text entry screens which allow you to input daily, weekly, short-term, and long-term goals.

Food Intake Goals - Select your "type" with recommended caloric intake or personalize your food intake target.
