Product Description:
Expanded printing capabilities have just been added to the InBooklet Plug-in. Impose pages from a single InDesign document with full control over margins, gaps, bleed, creep, and crossover traps. Choose from the following imposition styles: 2-Up Saddle Stitch, 2-Up Perfect Bound, 2-Up Consecutive, 3-Up Consecutive, 4-Up Consecutive. InBooklet will not rearrange or shuffle the pages in a document - rather reordering is handled in the print stream yielding not only quicker but more reliable results.
What's new in this version:
- Compatible with InDesign CS2.
- InDesign CS2 has new paragraph style attributes: towards spine and away from spine alignments. InBooklet looks for all paragraphs with these styles and converts them to left or right alignment styles. This keeps these paragraphs looking WYSIWYG after copying boxes to new documents.
- Grouped items that span across two or more pages would break z-order because InBooklet copies the grouped item as a whole to the page the grouped item belongs to. Now InBooklet will ungroup these items to make sure the individual items remain with the page they belong.
- Images that span pages not belonging to a group would become corrupted when "Create New Document" was checked. Fixed.
- InDesign CS2 anchored objects can be detached onto another page. These objects would be placed incorrectly when "Create New Document" was checked. Fixed.
- When InDesign CS2 is set to the Japanese feature set, InBooklet offers a Vertical Binding option in the Layout panel.
- Adobe Interchange File support added. Custom InBooklet dialog preferences stored in documents are now preserved with INX files.
- When "Create New Document" was checked, creep was being applied incorrectly for certain documents. Fixed.
- The Skip by Leading preference was not getting copied when "Create New Document" was checked. This resulted in text boxes being reflowed differently. Fixed.
- Localization added for Korean, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional and Japanese.
