I have the very latest version & this is definitely Version 3.01.002.
The link just takes you to the demo download page.

The link appears to be for a demo of Pro-53 - the last full version that I have is 3.0.1 - built 33rd November 2003

The product versions and dates do not seem to make sense.

CPU usage for the quality. Sounds better than Retro AS-1. Not quite as good or flexible as Dynamo or other NI stuff. Not dual processor aware, but when I use it with MOTU DP3 and Audio Ease's VST Wrapper, it does use both processors. I haven't noticed any problems with it.
