McSerialnumber ReviewOrdered it already… - Version: 2.0, 2/21/2003 11:36AM PST

A Nony Mouse
and am impressed with the ease of use the database offers. Its not a storage database though instead it allows you to generate and keep serial numbers according to a library or set of libraries that are included in your applications (that you developed) which are used to create registration for shareware applications etc..etc.. Not a bad deal for the basic version.. I haven't seen the pro version but this one is perfect for my needs! Thank you!! Minus one star for not allowing me to stipulate 30 day or more time limits on shareware "must register" apps I create.. Or perhaps that simple functionality is only for the "pros"..

Elise B and Frank Knarf; If you write a review it's a good thing if you know what you're reviewing. McSerialnumber is NOT an application to store serial numbers for applications you bought. McSerialnumber is a tool for developers to implement serial number protection to their applications. It looks very easy to use and it's a very good alternative for the developer who doesn't have time implementing his/her own system for protecting the software. Good work. I'll order it straight away.
