Product Description:

WebMerge generates static HTML pages from your exported database. Build catalogs, ezines, contact lists, image galleries and more, quickly and easily. Works with output from nearly any database or spreadsheet, including Microsoft Access, FileMaker Pro, Panorama, AppleWorks, and Excel. Design templates for your index and details pages in your favorite HTML editor. WebMerge also lets save its settings to a file that can start generating pages by just opening it, completely automating your workflow. Generated pages can be uploaded to any server -- even AOL -- with no need for dedicated database hosting. Available for Mac and PC.

Unicode text support is currently in development, along with a few other goodies. :)

Please remember there are more than latin writing people around: Greeks, Russians, Chinese, Japanese, Indians and so on. Why are Mac applications so ... anti-unicode?
Of course Web Merge is a great program ... but when I need to create either mixed languages pages, or 2Byte language pages I'm stuck.
The world no longer rotates around the Atlantic ... there are other oceans, other people, and UNICODE exist
