Product Description:

Xiph QuickTime Components (XiphQT) is, in short, the solution for Mac and Windows users who want to use Xiph formats in any QuickTime-based application, e.g. playing Ogg Vorbis in iTunes or producing Ogg Theora with iMovie.

What's new in this version:

Fixed regression in Vorbis decoder, introduced in 0.1.7, that caused freezes and crashes when playing some Vorbis files (#1154, #1155);
Resolved issue of video stalling during progressive loading of Theora files (#1151);
Updated MIME and file extension mappings in Ogg importer to be more up-to-date with the recently proposed changes;
Some small improvements in export settings handling in Ogg exporter.

Thank you for this very useful component!
This allows, for example, to play Wikipedia audio content using QuickTime in Safari instead of using the much lesser-quality JavaScript player.
And you can't beat the price!!
