To Whom It May Concern:
Last review was in 2002 approximately 4 years ago. One would assume project was a big flop and you abandoned it? Why did it take you so long for a new version to be released? You are a very poor salesman and I know people like things that are free. Why because you have not explained one thing about Xeverywhere is and why its beneficial to add and keep.
Do not expect us to be a mine reader and know what your intentions were for making it. A screensaver could use some support on how to use and what it is for. Never expect anyone to have as knowledge as you, as alot of people may ask what is a 3D fractal?
fractal |ˈfraktəl| Mathematics noun a curve or geometric figure, each part of which has the same statistical character as the whole. Fractals are useful in modeling structures (such as eroded coastlines or snowflakes) in which similar patterns recur at progressively smaller scales, and in describing partly random or chaotic phenomena such as crystal growth, fluid turbulence, and galaxy formation. adjective relating to or of the nature of a fractal or fractals : fractal geometry. ORIGIN 1970s: from French, from Latin fract- ‘broken,’ from the verb frangere.

So I had to even look it up my self and even looking at definition I still am confused? Some screen shots would have helped out quite a bit as people like to see what it is they are downloading. One would not want something on their computer that is ugly or doesn't work.
If you should decide to create anything new please take a few minutes to explain what it is you have done. The problem with this world is everyone is always rushing and in a hurry.
We hope you can take a little constructive criticism as it is not intended to hurt your feelings or offend you in any way. God has given you the gift to create and I hope you will use it properly to glorify him.
