Product Description:
TelnetLauncher is a small utility to help you manage multiple Telnet and SSH sessions.
- Connections are made using Apple's built in Telnet and SSH clients via Terminal.app.
- Passwords stored via Keychain Manager
- Organize sessions into groups.
- Set custom port and emulation mode for each session.
- Set Terminal colors, font, size and opaqueness for each session
- Works as helper app for telnet://.. urls with IE 5.
- Support for multiple local and remote port forwarding
- Launch session by keystroke, file, or dockmenu
What's new in this version:
Fixed a potential exception crash situation. Please note: automatic passwords do not work under 10.3.x - 10.4 due to an applescript bug in Terminal.app.

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:
- Mac OS X 10.4 PPC
- Mac OS X 10.3.9
- Mac OS X 10.3
- Mac OS X 10.2
- Mac OS X 10.1
Additional Requirements:
- Mac OS X 10.1 or higher with Unix subsystem installed
- Terminal.app v1.3 (Jaguar) or greater for auto-login.
- Please note: auto-login does not work under 10.3.x due to an AppleScript bug in Terminal.app

pidog software seems to have ceased to exist - Version: 2.8.11, 9/7/2006 07:32AM PST

vt couldn't fetch the software because firefox couldn't connect to the server, so i tried going straight to pidog.com and saw a page apparently belonging to pidog's former hosting company and saying:
This is the Plesk™ default page

reviews of telnetlauncher i've seen while trying to find it have said there are much better apps available and recommended SSH Tunnel Manager and iTerm.

TI0!
PiDog software has a winner with this one! I've been using it for years and being a Unix admin that connects to many machines during the day, this is an indispensible tool in my daily work. The release time between the recent 10.3.7 and the 2.8.4 patch was only days which really helps for those of us who are forgetful and upgrade without remembering that TL needs to be updated with each version patch.
Unfortunately, the developer seems no where to be found. Three emails over the past month have gone unanswered.
I guess I have to look for another solution.
