Norton put me more in trouble than it revolved any problem to me.
When I tried to reach their support, it NEVER replied.
Then they're a lying bastards about security on OS.
What this keynote of them ordered by Mr Allen and mr Gates.
For whom do those guys roll ?

Symantec Norton SystemWorks Usage TipThey AREN'T going to update for Tiger (10.4)! - Version: 3.0, 8/16/2005 03:26PM PST

I just updated to a new iMac G5 which is running Tiger. I kept getting a weird message on start-up telling Norton Auto Protect Antivirus wasn't working, and to reinstall. I did, and it happened again.

I just called Symantec to find out why, and they told me that SystemWorks 3 is the last version they're doing of Mac software. They have put out a new compatible version of Norton Anti-Virus that is compatible, and as a small token, the guy told me I could get 5 percent off the price for having owned a previous Mac product.

This stinks! Does anyone have a suggestion for other good utilities/anti-virus that will support the Mac and future generations of OS X?
