eBookfaces ReviewVery useful app - Version: 1.1, 4/4/2009 03:53AM PST

chesters
This still works with 10.5.6. It gives a great view of the full key set in all font sizes plus samples of text in three font sizes all in one window.

An improvement would be if the window could be dragged wider and taller when viewed over 100%.

One font I have, had a problem in the display and text samples (Phaeton) and Zapfino gets cut off on the top and bottom (leading problem in display). The title of two fonts don't display in the font drawer (Carta and Phaeton) but this is a very minor bug.

Overall, this is a great app.

eBookfaces ReviewExactly what I was looking for... could use an update though. - Version: 1.1, 3/19/2009 11:42AM PST

Bug:
Prints complete list of font names when drawer is open.

Suggestions:
- Allow user to change minimum Font Size below 6pt.
- Toggle sample Text Views between alphabet, repertoire and custom modes (ie: Font Book.app).
- Toolbar with buttons for Print, Drawer, [Text Views], [Font Size], Preferences.
