Product Description:

DrDJ is a little applications for DJ Wannabe's. It can play MP3s, AACs (and any audio file CoreAudio can play) and allows you to fade between songs. You're in control of the transition, but DrDJ can do everything automagically too.

The on-the-fly playlist can contain an infinite (okay, so it's limited by the size of your computer's memory) number of songs, so you can fill it, let DrDJ handle everything and go enjoy your party! With the new support for your apple remote, you can even decide from a distance when to start the next song.

DrDJ ReviewLooks Pretty Good - Version: 3.0b2, 2/3/2006 01:01PM PST

Once I figured out to press the select button and then drag the record to the turntable, the app looked pretty good and easy to use.

DrDJ ReviewIt works - Version: 3.0b2, 9/10/2003 10:30PM PST

DrDJ Free does what it does simply and well, I got confused as to how to add songs to the playlist as I thought you would be able to drag them from the iTunes Library Window to the Playlist Window. The developer should implement this as it would make the program more intuitive. The app does not do exactly what it says it does yet as it is still a beta version, but once the rest of the features are implemented it will be an easy to use and simple app. Good job so far, this app has a lot of potential.

DrDJ CommentaryRoxio Jam - Version: 3.0b2, 9/10/2003 07:22PM PST

Jam from Roxio (comes with toast but easy to find free off of any file sharing app). I OWN IT:-) it allows for crossfade and YOU CAN BURN THE CROSSFADE. Few apps do that on mac. iTunes does crossfade but doesnt burn.
