Pardon me? Is this the best answer you can give to the question regarding the impossibility of "smart replace"? What does it mean?

It was because Gemini won't copy or move same named file(s) to destination where a update to date copy is appeared.
I thought this simplified answer is good enough to the question if it is not miss typed or misunderstood.
I've been using Mac since it was using OS 6.0.7. I'm really appreciated SpeedDoubler, renamed CopyAgent later, gives us Smart Replace feature. One of the reasons I wrote Gemini is CopyAgent has been terminated. I needed time saving file/folder copying feature that don't bother me to copy exactly the same files - CopyAgent called Smart Replace. So it is part of the soul inside Gemini that you are always benefited from this invisible BUTTON.
I hope everyone will happy with my explanation.
