At least it didn't crash

After having crashes with the prior version I had given up. I was glad to see a new version. I fired it up and it didn't crash. I selected a previous system from early last year and clicked on the delete icon. I confirmed and after 1/2 hour nothing had happened except the trashing message was still there. I then quit OmniDiskSweeper. As a test I selected the same folder in Finder, hit command delete, command shift delete and the trash is still being emptied as I type. In fairness, Finder takes a long tome as well. I should note that TM is running. I will try another test after some other brave soul takes the point.
useful application

Just downloaded the 1.7 version to use with my iMac running Leopard v.10.56. No problems with download, easy install & very quick indexing of my 250Gb HD. Excellent ordered listing of every items file size. Very useful & free too.
Wayyyyy too expensive, considering its limited function

$14.95 for this one-trick pony? To do something I can do myself using the Finder? Greedy, greedy, greedy.
