Good game, could use some polish.

It's a fun game, with Color Matching, Hex Mode, and Mission modes, all in single player or multiplayer. The Gamesmith interface could use some work, it feels bolted on to the game, and you can't log off of Gamesmith without quitting the game. Anyway, finding anyone on Gamesmith willing to play is all but impossible these days.
Make extra characters available for download!

This software works fine on OS X 10.3, though I previously had some trouble with BMPL on OS 9. I don't play BMPL much; I purchased it mainly for my wife, who enjoys falling-thing puzzle games.
However, I'm very unhappy with Freeverse's false advertising. When you quit the game after running it in demo mode, it displays an advertisment claiming that people who pay the registration fee will be able to download the extra characters. This is not true. No such download has been made available to me. When I wrote Freeverse to complain (politely), they simply ignored my email.
Freeverse's website states that you can get the extra characters by purchasing the CD version. I suppose that's true; but it's not good enough. I bought the game thinking I would be able to download the extras. Freeverse says they don't want to make the download file too big, but that's nonsense. There's nothing to stop them from making a second version of the game available for download by paying customers.
I won't buy another Freeverse product.

appealing graohics and good options. However, I will not buy this game until Freeverse fixes 2 problems. If any game switches resolution I demand that it place my previous settings back upon quit. And I would like my control strip back, too! As well, When I took a screenshot with Snapz Pro after changing the controls the cursor froze forcing me to force quit. But then my whole system froze. Thanks !? I am using 9.2. Please fix these issues - I know it is possible cuz I have no prob with other games or apps.
