Znippetizer-X ReviewOne of my Best Investments & keeps getting better - Version: 1.6, 3/9/2004 09:49AM PST

Perfect - everpresent but unobtrusive; best text storage tool out there with the world's most responsive developer. Flexible storage options, easily accessible - whenever I configure a new machine, it's the first utility I add back.

*very* useful application. I have been using it for well over a year now, and couldn't do without it. I use it to kepp track of all the interesting information that flows across my monitor -- be it in e-mails, word processing documents, web pages, etc. Keep in mind that this newest version is a BETA. Thus, bugs are to be expected (I've found some new ones myself). Send them to the developer so he can squash them. He's actually very receptive to feedback. By the way, the latest stable release (1.4.1) is really very solid. Check it out.

NilObject Exception ..." error dialog first time I ran the app. Was able to open the Preferences, but still couldn't use the app. Noticed an empty ~/Library/Preferences/code66.se was created. Rerunning app with and without removing that directory made no difference.

to registration. Found a bug in the 1.3.4 version and it was fixed in 40 minutes by the author. As I'm just learning OSX, having Znipperizer is just what I needed while I compile my own database of command line information and hacks. Best $15 I've spent on OSX shareware so far! Cheers!

of my must-have utilities. The ability to select, drag and organize all of the little pieces of info that float across (websites, mail etc) is invaluable.
