Product Description:
MathMagic is a stand-alone equation editor for mathematical equations and symbols. MathMagic provides you with an easy-to-use WYSIWYG interface and various powerful features. With MathMagic, you can easily create any mathematical expressions with color and style, and use them within various other software including iWork, AppleWorks, MS Word, and other word processors, presentation or layout software like Keynote or PowerPoint.
What's new in this version:
- Added: MathMagic equations inserted in MS Word on Windows can be drag&dropped or copy&pasted into MathMagic window
- Added: MathType(tm) 6 equations inserted in MS Word 2008 Mac can be drag&dropped or copy&pasted into MathMagic window.
- Changed: Clipboard PDF format improved to make it work better with Adobe InDesign.
- Fixed: DVORAK and other European keyboard layouts are supported for Magic control shortcut key.

It seems like I'm the only one that writes positive comments for this product but I really like it. Between it and ChemDraw, all of my publications and Keynote presentations have seen significant improvement. Working in the field of Chemometrics, I need clear equation presentation for my students. MathMagic meets the bill.

This product continues to mature and improve. With MS Word having a poor equation editor which is not compatible with the Windows version and iWork having little in the way of equation support, MathMagic is a must. It's significantly improved my course presentations and research publications. Well worth the cost.

The developers have created a solid product for math, science and even chemical equations. There is nothing out there that even comes close for the price.
