Product Description:

PasswordWallet is a convenient, easy to use, secure place to store all your usernames, passwords, PIN numbers, or combinations. For security, PasswordWallet uses the BlowFish encryption algorithm with 448-bit keys to protect your data.

For safety, PasswordWallet can copy your password to the clipboard and clear it automatically after you paste. For convenience, PasswordWallet can save URLs with your entries and launch your default browser for you.

One "master" password unlocks all of your other passwords. If you're running Mac OS 9, PasswordWallet will add your "master" password to the Keychain Control Panel! (Although PasswordWallet works great with Mac OS 8.1 or later.) There's a really nice icon for MacOS X too.

Ready for this? PasswordWallet can even type your username and passwords for you in MacOS 9, and X. And PasswordWallet can securely synchronize your passwords with the Palm version of PasswordWallet!

PasswordWallet Syncs with your Palm.

Oh, and unlimited categories!

What's new in this version:

  • Now express-opening PasswordWallet documents that are opened from other PasswordWallet documents. You can now create a tree of PasswordWallet documents that all reference each other.
  • Fixed one more case where NSColorPanel would abuse the window background color.
  • When picking linked fields for username or password, the list of entries is now sorted correctly.
  • Reworked code a little to avoid mysteriously changing background colors on Leopard's NSColorPanel.
  • Field substitutions may now be surrounded by other text or other substitutions.
  • Worked around Leopard bug where documents could not be saved if they had a stale custom icon bit. (Reproducible with TextEdit.app too.)

I like PW, use it all the time, but why so many prompts to save? Even when you open and close without altering anything?
