"Added OpenGL 3.1 detection. Improved OpenGL 3.0 detection, added new renderers". OS X and Windows versions available. (No OpenGL 3/3.x support in OS X and still seeing 'max samples 0' in OS X report, although in Windows it reports 16x - the max FSAA the card supports.)

Version 3.12 won´t start on my Powermacs with Tiger latest installed. The dock icon bounces one to two times. Same on G§ iMac, G4 - and G5 desktops.
Then 314 starts up.
BUG only happens on non english systems (at least german).
The main.nib in german folder is zero sized (damaged)
